BOOT CAMP
We are not a trendy program with a catchy name. This is serious training. You won't be playing games, get cute little nicknames or gaze at the sunrise while holding hands. We are going to get results. Give us your attention, good attitude, hard work and desire to train for effect. You will be successful... but it won't be easy.
We believe in making our clients self-sufficient. We want you to know how to train and make good nutrition choices when a trainer isn't looking over your shoulder. You will learn the correct way to train in terms of form, tempo, exercise selection and what to do outside of class. We discuss nutrition techniques that are crucial to success in achieving your goals without using useless, and potentially dangerous, supplements. We track your efforts with pre and post fit tests to provide real feedback.
