I have also learned to push myself harder and expect more from myself. I now know I really can do just about anything for 90 seconds, 2 minutes, whatever! I like to be pushed and to be challenged, and I really find that from this program. I really try to give 100% each time I train.”  

Kim has been married to Kent for 15 years. They are the proud parents of Jack, 13, and Brett, 10. Within her family, Kim stresses a healthy, active lifestyle and certainly leads by example. She has a background in education and is the owner/director of Love N’ Laughter, a private preschool in Manchester. She and her staff provide a safe, nurturing learning environment for 70 preschoolers.
