If you have ever attending the mid morning class at the Lodge in Des Peres then you know Ann. Her presence is unmistakable to say the least. She can always be heard cheering on the class and often beats me to my own "Keathisms." Ann arrives to class in stitches, abrasions and bruises but it always ready to train hard with a smile...and a good story about her latest encounter with a immovable or sharp object. Her personality and attitude are absolutely priceless. Here is what she has to say about SFT Boot Camp:

I live in West St. Louis County with my husband Mike and two daughters, Jenna, 12 and Jessie, 10. As a stay at home mom, I keep very active in my kids school and sports. I want to set a good example for my kids by exercising and eating right. Exercise is my Prozac. I have always been active and love to run and bike, but I needed something more. I needed an upper body routine. Shark Fitness training gives an excellent total body workout; cardio and weight training with proper form. I love the comradery of the class, it puts a very positive spin on the whole exercise process. Keath’s class is an addiction I can't live without. Even though the fit test is not my favorite part of the program, it is a necessity to show progress and my test results are proof of the success I have achieved through the program. The best motivation is seeing the changes in my body. Keath has taught me that attitude is everything; I push myself hard in his class and then push a little more. I know the more I put into the class, the more I get out of it. As everyone who takes this program knows, “you can do anything for 20 seconds”.
