Ellie began as a boot camp client in 2005 at the Shaw Park program. She participated and began to excel in the class along side her sister, Kate. Her attitude and hard work made her one of the class leaders. When Keath approached Ellie about becoming a trainer with SFT, she gladly accepted the opportunity to further her fitness knowledge, and share it with others. Ellie overflows with positive energy, enthusiasm and a one-of-a-kind personality.

When not training with SFT, Ellie is an actor with Black Cat Theatre and Piwacket Theatre for Children. Ellie's fitness training has made her a stronger, more active performer. Ellie lives in Clayton near her sisters Kate and Kris, her parents, and their dog, Twain.
