| KEATH'S BIOGRAPHY
Keath's day begins at 4:15am during the week and generally ends around 7:30pm when the last person drives away from evening boot camp. He answers on an average of 40-50 e-mails daily. It's a job he looks forward to every day. It isn't often that someone can turn something they are very passionate about into a successful career.
Clearly the most rewarding aspect of Keath's job are the letters and comments he receives from clients who talk about how their race times are improving, how they feel strong despite fighting a terrible disease, seeing the softball travel farther than ever, their ability to do a book signing without icing the arm and the countless stories about how the quality of life has improved since taking the programs.
What inspired Keath into a fitness career was the abundant amount of inaccurate, confusing and contradicting information available to the public about how to get healthy and fit. Ridiculous magazine articles, worthless supplements, countless gimmicks and quick fixes designed to offer a fast solution to a lifelong problem are not the answer. Keath believes in teaching clients how to make better choices and be self-sufficient in terms of training for results. He leads by example.
When not working, Keath likes to practice marksmanship, hit softballs, cycle, hike, read military history, cook and pursue his other major interest, flying. He has a Private Pilot license in airplanes and is earning his rating in helicopters. He lives in Des Peres.
