WHAT TO EXPECT

Our clients come from every walk of life, range greatly in age and fitness levels, but share one strong common goal... they want to succeed! Our program is tough, but you will be challenged individually and have the opportunity to give 100% without being overwhelmed or held back despite the group setting. You will be asked to give our instructors your best effort so we can guide you toward your goals the most efficient and safest way possible. We would rather have someone doing their best to do 5 push-ups correctly, than half the effort to do a sloppy 30.

Maximizing your health and fitness requires four very important components: good nutrition, disciplined form, intensity and recovery. You will learn all of those. Our classes are conducted in a fun, positive environment but if you are looking for a way to dance around to music or spend the hour chatting with friends, Shark Fitness is not for you. There is plenty of time after class to walk and talk... we train for results!
